If you call us with a problem you will be answered by an experienced IT person with a wide range of knowledge and the ability to make a decision.
With remote support links to most existing customers we will aim to fix urgent problems immediately.
For on site visits, as we concentrate our business in the local area (within 45 minutes of our office) we aim to be on site within 2 hours to urgent problems that are stopping you work. This level of response is consistently achieved.
We always have staff available to help you, whether you are our biggest customer or someone who uses our services on an ad hoc basis, for only a few hours per year.
