System License1 – The System License is supplied at the beginning of your Commitment Term, to last the duration of that term. The license size determines the number of Simultaneous Calls the system will support at any given time (this includes both Internal and External calls.) Charges in this section will only be repeated if you decide to renew at the end of your Commitment Term.

One-Time Setup2 – One-Time Setup charges are only applied at the beginning of your first Commitment Term. They will not be charged again, even if you choose to renew your Hosted Telephony solution, unless major changes requiring a complete re-install of the solution are requested at the time of renewal.
